- Products can be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items that are damaged, opened, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For size or variant exchanges, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Opened personal care products
- Customized or personalized items
5. Inspection and Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
