Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that are damaged, opened, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your product.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For size or variant exchanges, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., herbal products with expiration dates)
    • Opened personal care products
    • Customized or personalized items

5. Inspection and Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
